Reference List entry for personal communications - emails, SMS, conversations, interviews.

Personal communication does not need to be included in the reference list.

However, if you wish the reader to be able to follow up the reference, you can include it in the reference list.  In this case you will need to gain the permission of the person before doing this, so as not to breach any privacy laws.

Essential Information to include:

  1. Sender's name
  2. Year
  3. Email
  4. Date month
  5. <sender's email address>
