Essential Information to include:
- Author(s) - Family name, Initials of first name(s)
- Year of publication
- ‘Title of article or chapter’ – in ‘single’ inverted commas
- Editor(s) of the book - list names of all editors
- Title of book – written in italics
- Edition - include if book is a second or subsequent edition. Do not include if the book is the first edition
- Publisher
- Place - if the place is not well known, add the state or country
