This booking form, once completed and submitted, will be sent to Craig Young,  coordinator of the EduTAG Teaching & TV Broadcast Studios.  It will be used to assess the production needs and assign appropriate staff to follow up the request.

Bookings by students: Students are required to get approval from their lecturers or program leaders. Lecturers or program leaders must contact Craig Young (craig.young@rmit.edu.au) with notice of approval before any student bookings can be confirmed.
