  • selecting and searching databases
  • finding books, e-books, journals, e-journals, and items in the Reserve collection
  • using other library catalogues, and getting items from other libraries using a CAVAL card or Document Delivery Services
  • using tools like FindIt, CrossSearch and Citation Linker to help you find fulltext information resources quickly.

RMIT University students in Melbourne can attend research skills classes on topics such as subject databases, Internet searching and using Endnote referencing software.
